Pésimo servicio, en su página oficial dice que te garantizan los resultados y que están comprometidos con sus clientes y nada es verdad.Es un fraude no realizen sus pruebas con esta compañía. Yo envié mis muestras y los resultados que me envían dicen que no hay suficiente ADN para determinar si hay relación o no. Me comunico con la compańia y dicen que esto puede llegar a pasar (ósea que no es garantizado sus resultado)que si quiero puedo enviar la muestra de otro familiar para ver si pueden así determinar alguna relación pero tampoco es seguro que den un resultado positivo o negativo pero tengo que pagar extra por esta otra muestra. Yo creo que si acudimos a un laboratorio es para tener seguridad si no mejor tomamos una prueba de farmacia. Esta compañía es un fraude busquen otra opción.

My husband found this company and I am so grateful he did. They helped me to prove I had a half brother that I didn't know about. Eric & Kevin were beyond helpful and answered all of our questions in a very timely manner. I cannot say enough amazing things about their services and would highly recommend!!
